# Manage workspaces and settings

> Manage local projects, workspaces, brands, knowledge, and CLI settings.

## Overview

Link local folders to workspaces, and manage brands, knowledge bases, skills, authentication keys, and CLI settings. Review the target workspace and content before changes or deletion.

## Check the target workspace

Use these commands to inspect accessible workspaces and connected accounts.

```bash theme={null}
noimosai workspace list
noimosai integration list
```

To temporarily use another workspace, pass `--workspace <workspace-id>` to supported commands.

## Set up a local project

In the target folder, run this command to link it to a workspace for media generation and other work.

```bash theme={null}
noimosai project init --project ./campaign --workspace <workspace-id>
```

This creates `.noimosai/project.json` without overwriting existing project settings. Check exact options with `noimosai project init --help`.

## Create a workspace

`init` creates a workspace and runs onboarding, including AI research.

```bash theme={null}
noimosai init "Example Brand" --help
```

Check required brand information with `--help` first. Your plan must allow another workspace and your team permissions must permit it.

## Manage brands, knowledge, and skills

Use these command groups to manage information the agent references.

| Command | Purpose |
| - | - |
| `noimosai brand get` / `set` | Get or update the brand guide |
| `noimosai kb list` / `show` | Inspect the knowledge base |
| `noimosai kb create` / `add` / `update` / `rm` | Modify datasets and content |
| `noimosai skill list` / `show` | Inspect workspace skills |
| `noimosai skill create` / `update` / `delete` | Create, update, or delete skills |

When updating list fields with `brand set` or using `kb rm` or `skill delete`, check each command’s `--help` for replacement or deletion scope.

## Manage team API keys

`apikey` manages regular NoimosAI team keys. This requires interactive login rather than API-key authentication.

```bash theme={null}
noimosai apikey list
noimosai apikey create --help
noimosai apikey revoke <api-key-id> --yes
```

Creating keys requires team `ADMIN` permission. Revocation is irreversible; switch integrations first. Developer Platform `nmp_` keys are not managed by this command.

## Manage settings and updates

Inspect saved CLI settings and published updates with these commands.

```bash theme={null}
noimosai config show
noimosai config get <key>
noimosai config set <key> <value>
noimosai config path
noimosai update --check
noimosai update
```

`update --check` only checks for updates; `update` installs the latest published release. Check `noimosai --version` and `noimosai --help` after updating.
