# 解約が完了しているか確認するには？

> 解約ステータスの確認方法を案内します。

## まず確認すること

`チーム -> お支払い -> 利用状況` を開きます。\
サブスクリプションのステータスと `利用可能期限` を確認してください。

## ステータスの意味

* `キャンセル予定`: 解約は予約済みで、表示されている終了日までは利用できます。
* `キャンセル済み`: 解約が完了しており、定期課金は停止しています。

## すでに解約したのに請求がある場合

以下をそろえて、サポートに確認を依頼してください。

* チーム名とアカウントのメールアドレス
* 請求日、金額、通貨
* 解約日時
* 請求書または支払い画面のスクリーンショット
