# 解約後も残りクレジットは使えますか？

> 解約後のクレジット利用可否を説明します。

## 要点

ステータスが `キャンセル予定` なら、通常は `利用可能期限` までサービスを使い続けられます。

## 解約が完了したあと

サブスクリプションが完全にキャンセルされると、定期課金の利用は終了します。

残高が残っているように見えても期待した機能が使えない場合は、サポートに問い合わせてチームのステータスを確認してください。
