# Build and Improve Your Website

> Use NoimosAI to communicate your expertise, client results, and scope of services, then turn qualified visitors into inquiries and consultations.

Use NoimosAI to build or improve a website that helps prospective clients determine whether your company is the right fit, then guides them to request a consultation, estimate, or appointment. The same workflow applies to a new website or an existing site.

Website creation and improvement proceed in these three phases:

1. Create and improve a website that leads to inquiries and consultations
2. Prepare a foundation that search engines and AI can read
3. Improve based on customer behavior

In the first half, check the decision criteria for each phase in [Understand the basics of website creation](#basics), and in the second half, see specific procedures in [Create and improve websites with NoimosAI](#practice).

<a id="basics" />

## Understand website fundamentals

For client and professional services, a website should communicate not only the service name but also who you help, what problems you solve, how you work, and why clients can trust you. After publishing, keep the content accessible to search engines and AI systems, and improve the site using visitor behavior that leads to consultations.

### 1. Create and improve a website that leads to inquiries and consultations

Start by defining target customers, problems, delivered outcomes, scope of services, and primary actions.

| Item to decide | Specific content |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Target customers | Industry, size, region, role, situations that trigger a consultation |
| Problems to solve | Current issues and the impact if not resolved |
| Delivered outcomes | Final deliverables, processes or metrics to be improved, post-support state |
| Scope of services | Included tasks, excluded tasks, preparations required from the client |
| Next actions | The initial actions you want completed, such as consultation, inquiry, estimate, appointment booking |

The <Tooltip tip="The area visible immediately after opening the page, without scrolling.">**above-the-fold area**</Tooltip> should identify the target client, problems you handle, expected outcomes, and next action. The rest of the page should provide the evidence and commercial information needed to evaluate you as a provider.

| Page or content | What to communicate |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Service top page | Target customers, problems solved, main services, path to consult |
| Service details | Support details, deliverables, process, timeframe, scope, necessary preparations |
| Case studies and client outcomes | Client problem, actions taken, results, scope handled, conditions |
| Team and company | Specialties, experience, qualifications, approach, actual team structure |
| Pricing | Price estimates, pricing units, conditions for estimates, additional fees |
| Process to request work | Steps and timeframes from consultation to confirmation, estimate, contract, and start |
| <Tooltip tip="Abbreviation of frequently asked questions. A section that summarizes common questions and answers.">**FAQ (frequently asked questions)**</Tooltip> | Availability, preparations, revisions, delivery times, contracting, handling of information |
| <Tooltip tip="Buttons or links that prompt the next action, such as consultations or inquiries. Abbreviation of call to action.">**CTA (call to action)**</Tooltip> | Clear guidance on what happens after clicking |

If you cannot publish client names in case studies, provide industry, problem, scope handled, outcomes, and duration—only within permitted limits. Do not fill gaps in unpublished metrics or facts with guesses.

Information visitors want before consulting varies by their decision stage. At the awareness stage, they want to know which problems you can handle; when comparing vendors, they look for client results, team, and process; right before consulting they need pricing, preparations, and contract terms. Don’t cram everything onto one page—separate pages by role and link them internally.

### 2. Make your website easy for search engines and AI to understand

Make it easy to navigate from the homepage to services, target industries, case studies, team, pricing, and contact, and include important pages in the <Tooltip tip="A file that lists the main URLs on the website to tell search engines about them.">**sitemap.xml**</Tooltip>.

Technically, check <Tooltip tip="A file that tells crawlers which parts of the site they can access.">**robots.txt**</Tooltip>, <Tooltip tip="A setting that tells search engines not to index a page.">**noindex**</Tooltip>, HTTPS, broken links, redirects, and <Tooltip tip="A setting that tells search engines which URL to prioritize when similar content exists at multiple URLs.">**canonical settings**</Tooltip>. Standardize how you display company name, service name, target customers, region, and team members in page titles, headings, and body text.

Set up <Tooltip tip="Data added to pages in a structured format to help search engines and AI understand the content.">**structured data**</Tooltip> for company, team, services, articles, FAQ, etc., where appropriate. Do not put qualifications, ratings, or pricing only in structured data without showing them on the page.

### 3. Improve based on customer behavior

After publishing, monitor not just visits but whether target customers read services, case studies, and pricing, and whether they complete a consultation.

| What the data shows | Possible cause and response |
| -------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| The website receives little relevant traffic | Service and problem pages may not be visible in search or AI answers, or active channels may not lead to them. Check indexing, relevant queries, referral sources, and whether articles and profiles link to the appropriate service page. |
| Service pages are viewed but visitors do not open case studies | The service may not link to a case with a similar client or problem, or the value of viewing it may be unclear. Add a relevant case study near the claim it supports and explain the problem, work, and outcome it demonstrates. |
| Case studies are viewed but consultations do not increase | Prospects may trust the experience but still lack clarity on fit, scope, pricing, process, or the team. Add the missing decision information and a consultation CTA that explains what the first conversation will cover. |
| CTAs are clicked but forms are not completed | The form may ask for too much, contain errors, or leave response time and next steps unclear. Test it on common devices, review field-level drop-off, and remove or explain every required field. |
| Inquiry volume grows but many requests are outside your scope | Acquisition content or service pages may describe the audience and scope too broadly. Compare actual inquiry themes with the source query and entry page, then clarify client type, problem, budget, region, and timeline. |

In Google Analytics, check sources, key pages, CTAs, form starts, and inquiry completions. In Google Search Console, check queries, impressions, clicks, positions, and index status.

## Build and improve your website with NoimosAI

Use chat to create or audit the website, then use an agent to analyze performance on a recurring schedule.

For instructions on entering a prompt in chat, see [Enter your own prompt](/help-center/chat/enter-your-own-prompt).

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN/public/playbooks/consumer/website-chat-prompt.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN&q=85&s=469c7742929a2ffeac20a3f77eed2862" alt="Screen for entering a client-services website prompt in NoimosAI chat" style={{ width: "100%", border: "1px solid #e5e7eb", borderRadius: "8px", margin: "18px 0" }} width="1688" height="856" data-path="public/playbooks/consumer/website-chat-prompt.png" />

To create an agent by telling it the goal and conditions in a prompt, see [Create an agent from chat](/help-center/ai-team/create-a-trigger-from-chat). To fill in each item manually in the settings screen, see [Create an agent from scratch](/help-center/ai-team/create-an-agent-from-scratch).

### 1. Create and improve a website that leads to inquiries and consultations

For a new site, enter target customers, problems, deliverables, scope, case studies, and primary CTAs into the chat. Have NoimosAI draft page structure, copy, and design, and use the preview to confirm that the materials needed before consulting and the path to inquiry are clear.

#### Prompt for chat

```text theme={null}
Create a website for [service name].
Target customers are [industry, size, region, role], and they will use this service to solve [problem]. Provide [support details and deliverables] that lead to [expected results]. The scope includes [included items], and [excluded items] are out of scope. Primary CTAs are [consultation, inquiry, estimate, appointment booking].
Include the above-the-fold section, service details, target customers, case studies, team, process, pricing guidance, FAQ, and contact information. Use only the verified case studies and qualifications provided, and make the site easy to use on desktop and mobile.
```

Before publishing, confirm that the page communicates your expertise and scope, supports claims with verifiable case studies, and gives visitors a clear path to consultation. Verify case-study details, qualifications, pricing, and outcomes. For the editing workflow, see [Create a new website](/help-center/website/create-and-edit-website).

In the preview, check whether target customers can tell the service is for them, whether they understand the final deliverables, and whether out-of-scope conditions are not misunderstood. CTAs should indicate what happens after clicking, not just generic text like “Contact us,” and should include options like consultation, estimate, and appointment booking.

For existing sites, improve using the public URL.

#### Prompt for chat

```text theme={null}
Analyze [website URL].
Check the service, scope, deliverables, case studies, team, process, pricing, FAQ, and inquiry flow so that [target customers] can determine whether they can consult about [problem]. Identify missing information and unclear areas, and create a prioritized page structure and finished copy for improvements.
```

To edit directly on NoimosAI, follow the steps in [Create from an existing website](/help-center/website/import-existing-website).

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/WUdTSmFBnDccnDQ0/public/help-center/website/website-builder-overview.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=WUdTSmFBnDccnDQ0&q=85&s=be6b42ecd9918acf5958b9f9d8f415e1" alt="Screen for creating and improving a client-services website with NoimosAI" style={{ width: "100%", border: "1px solid #e5e7eb", borderRadius: "8px", margin: "18px 0" }} width="2880" height="1554" data-path="public/help-center/website/website-builder-overview.png" />

Before publishing, confirm target customers and corresponding problems, evidence for case studies, pricing estimates or how prices are determined, and the post-consultation flow. Make anonymized case studies non-identifiable.

Test forms by submitting from both mobile and desktop to verify required fields, errors, submission completion, and expected response time. Do not require unnecessary confidential or personal information before consultation; collect detailed materials securely after consultation.

### 2. Make your website easy for search engines and AI to understand

Enter the published URL in chat and check for issues that prevent important pages from being crawled and understood. Verify that services, target customers, scope, case studies, and pricing can be read by search engines and AI, and fix the most impactful issues first.

#### Prompt for chat

```text theme={null}
Audit [website URL] to determine whether search engines and AI can retrieve and understand the company, team, services, target customers, scope, and case studies.
Check HTTPS, HTTP status, broken links, redirects, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, noindex, canonical settings, internal links, HTML, page titles, headings, body text, structured data, mobile display, and major speed issues. Summarize impact, priority, and how to fix them.
```

Fix issues that prevent retrieval and those that convey incorrect information first. For sites managed in NoimosAI, make fixes in the same chat, preview, and then publish. Request indexing of new URLs in Google Search Console and check indexing later.

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN/public/playbooks/consumer/seo-site-audit-and-fix.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN&q=85&s=1b2052465f23bcaed379e3a724bd1bb0" alt="Screen showing NoimosAI auditing a client and professional services website for search and AI readiness" style={{ width: "100%", border: "1px solid #e5e7eb", borderRadius: "8px", margin: "18px 0" }} width="1902" height="1504" data-path="public/playbooks/consumer/seo-site-audit-and-fix.png" />

### 3. Improve based on customer behavior

Connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and compare the last 30 days to the previous 30 days. Identify important pages with low traffic, pages that are viewed but don’t lead to consultations, and funnels where users drop out of forms, then receive prioritized improvement suggestions.

#### Agent setup

**Trigger:** Schedule / Monthly

**Instructions:**

```text theme={null}
Compare traffic and behavior leading to inquiries over the past 30 days with the previous 30 days.
Organize sources, search queries, views of service/case study/pricing pages, CTAs, form starts, and inquiry completions. Identify important pages with low visits, pages that are viewed but not clicked on CTAs, and pages where forms don’t complete, and create improvement proposals for the pages with the largest impact.
```

**Integrations:** <span style={{ display: "inline-flex", alignItems: "center", lineHeight: "24px" }}><img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/TJAdFLdMxSC5eSdh/public/help-center/integrations/icons/google-analytics.webp?fit=max&auto=format&n=TJAdFLdMxSC5eSdh&q=85&s=5decc2b46e733583d74874463cb8ffb6" alt="" aria-hidden="true" style={{ width: "16px", height: "16px", objectFit: "contain", margin: "0 6px 0 0" }} width="80" height="80" data-path="public/help-center/integrations/icons/google-analytics.webp" />Google Analytics</span>, <span style={{ display: "inline-flex", alignItems: "center", lineHeight: "24px" }}><img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/TJAdFLdMxSC5eSdh/public/help-center/integrations/icons/google-search-console.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=TJAdFLdMxSC5eSdh&q=85&s=dea6b216368968e3a75e560af0cd6374" alt="" aria-hidden="true" style={{ width: "16px", height: "16px", objectFit: "contain", margin: "0 6px 0 0" }} width="573" height="512" data-path="public/help-center/integrations/icons/google-search-console.png" />Google Search Console</span>

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/agoslabstechnologiesfzco/nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN/public/playbooks/consumer/seo-monthly-performance-report.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=nVMsHgQOcR2qTlLN&q=85&s=38907aa91388559fab0e75ff4dec6049" alt="Screen showing NoimosAI monthly analysis of results for a client and professional services website" style={{ width: "100%", border: "1px solid #e5e7eb", borderRadius: "8px", margin: "18px 0" }} width="2880" height="1556" data-path="public/playbooks/consumer/seo-monthly-performance-report.png" />

Review the improvement proposals and apply changes to a single page. Record what changed and the dates, then check changes in traffic, CTAs, forms, and inquiries the next month.

Measure not only inquiry volume but also the proportion of inquiries you can handle. If visits and inquiries increase but many are out of scope, review traffic sources, target customers, scope, and pricing explanations. Keep other conditions consistent and determine what impacted outcomes.
