# Increase Inquiries and Consultations

> Learn how to help prospective clients evaluate your services and complete a qualified inquiry or consultation request.

To generate more qualified inquiries, give prospective clients enough information to decide whether your expertise, scope, process, and commercial terms fit their needs. Then make the next step clear and easy to complete. Measure the full path from a website visit to service evaluation, a consultation-page visit, and a completed inquiry—not traffic alone.

## How to increase inquiries and consultations

Work through four areas.

1. Define the inquiries you want and what counts as conversion
2. Provide the information needed to decide whether to request work
3. Guide customers from content that answers their questions to consultation
4. Improve consultation entry points and forms

## 1. Define the inquiries you want and what counts as conversion

Start by defining who should contact you, what they should contact you about, and which completed action you will measure. A broad goal such as “increase inquiries” does not tell you what information to provide, which next step to promote, or how to judge whether the campaign is attracting suitable work.

| Item to decide | Specific content |
| -------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Target customers | Industry, size, region, role, situations that require a request |
| Problems you want to receive inquiries about | Problems you can solve and areas where you have a clear advantage |
| What customers want to confirm | Whether you can handle it, how you’ll proceed, costs, timeline, necessary preparations |
| Inquiry option | Consultation, appointment booking, quote request, or general inquiry |
| Completion point | Measurable actions like form submission, booking confirmation, phone call |
| Post-consultation follow-up | Who will contact them, by when, and by what method |

Match the inquiry option to how much the client is likely to know. If requirements are still unclear, offer an initial consultation to define the problem. If the scope and deliverables are usually well defined, a quote request may be more appropriate. Explain what the conversation will cover, how long it takes, whether it is free, and what happens afterward.

## 2. Help prospects decide whether to contact you

Before inquiring, customers check whether you can handle their issue, whether they can trust you, and whether the conditions are likely to match. Prepare the following pages for each role.

| Page | What customers decide | Main information to include |
| ------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Service | Whether it can address their issue | Target customers, issues, tasks, deliverables, scope of work |
| Client results and case studies | Whether you have solved a similar problem | Client problem, work performed, outcome, timeline, and team structure |
| Team / company | Whether the necessary expertise and trustworthiness exist | Experience, credentials, specialties, company information, work philosophy |
| Pricing | Whether budget and contract terms are likely to match | Price ranges, conditions that determine pricing, what’s included |
| Process | What happens after an inquiry | Steps and responsibilities from consultation through proposal, contract, and delivery |
| FAQ | Whether pre-consultation concerns can be resolved | Timeline, revisions, preparations, confidential information, out-of-scope items |
| Consultation / inquiry | What to do next | Eligible parties, consultation topics, input fields, expected time to contact |

When presenting client results, do more than list company names or headline numbers. Explain the problem, the work performed, and the outcome. Confirm permission before publishing client names, deliverables, or metrics. For licensed or regulated services, verify which services and results you may advertise.

NoimosAI can review your public website and identify pages that do not clearly explain the target client, scope, pricing, client results, or next step. Once you choose a page to improve, use NoimosAI to draft its structure and copy from verifiable public information.

## 3. Connect educational content to a consultation

Customers don’t always start by searching for a company or service name. They narrow down consultation candidates while researching issues, solutions, how to outsource, costs, and how to choose a vendor.

| Customer question | Content to create | Where to guide them next |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- |
| What is the problem? | Causes, impacts, how to check | Solutions, related services |
| Can I handle it internally? | Procedures, required knowledge, in-house vs. outsourced options | Scope of support, consultation |
| Which provider fits? | Selection criteria, comparison factors, and common pitfalls | Client results, team, and service pages |
| How much will it cost? | Conditions that determine pricing, timeline, necessary preparations | Pricing, process, request an estimate |
| Can they meet my conditions? | Industry-/issue-specific cases, FAQ | Similar cases, consultation |

On social media, provide short answers to questions and key points of case studies to drive people to detailed pages.

Do not send every reader directly to the same inquiry form. Link problem-awareness content to a relevant solution or service, comparison content to client results and pricing, and high-intent pages to the appropriate consultation or quote request.

## 4. Improve calls to action and forms

<Tooltip tip="A button or prompt that encourages the next action, such as requesting a consultation, booking, or estimate.">**CTA (call to action)**</Tooltip> should show not only “Contact us” but also what the user can accomplish by clicking. Match the CTA to the page content and the client’s goal, such as “Discuss a production project” or “Check availability and pricing.”

On the CTA destination, explain the following before the form:

* Which customers and consultations are eligible
* What will be confirmed during the consultation and what won’t be finalized in consultation alone
* Expected duration, whether there’s a fee, and how it will be conducted
* Information to prepare beforehand
* How and when you will contact them after submission

On the form, ask only the fields necessary for initial handling and triage. When reducing fields, make sure you still can judge the consultation content. If personal or confidential customer information is required, clarify the purpose and handling.

In Google Analytics, separate page views, CTA clicks, form starts, and form completions. Identify where drop-off is largest, and improve explanations, CTAs, input fields, or error messaging—starting with items closest to the cause.

## Measure inquiry volume and quality

<Tooltip tip="Conversion Rate. The percentage of website visitors who complete a consultation or inquiry.">**CVR (Conversion Rate)**</Tooltip> and also review each stage leading to consultation and the content of inquiries.

```text theme={null}
Website visit → Service and client-result views → CTA click → Form start → Inquiry completion → Qualified inquiry
```

Check where the numbers drop significantly in this flow and improve explanations and interactions closest to the drop-off. The table below matches measurable conditions with the first areas to review.

| Measurable condition | First area to review |
| -------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Visits exist but service pages aren’t read | Page opening: target customers, issues, and value proposition |
| Service pages are read but client results and pricing are not viewed | Links to supporting pages and missing decision information |
| CTAs are clicked but forms are not started | Consultation topics, duration, post-consultation flow |
| Forms are started but not completed | Input fields, required conditions, errors, device usability |
| Inquiries increase but many are a poor fit | Acquisition content, target clients, scope of work, pricing, and terms |

Make sure an increase in volume is not reducing the share of qualified inquiries. If out-of-scope requests increase, review the acquisition keywords and content as well as the audience, scope, and pricing information on service pages.
