Overview

This page explains chat, publishing, analysis, generation, and management tools and safe execution. Prefer individual tools for specific goals; use chat only to delegate an entire multi-step workflow to the NoimosAI agent.

Choose how to call tools

The client selects tools for your request. Individual tools make operations explicit, are usually faster than chat, and make credit use and execution scope easier to understand. State your goal, such as “Check available workspaces,” to let the client select a tool, or name it explicitly: “Use list_workspaces.”

Delegate a workflow to chat

chat delegates research, analysis, writing, media generation, and other multi-step work to the NoimosAI agent. Prefer individual tools for a single search or retrieval. Specify deliverables, target platform and account, audience, brand or product background, tone, output language, and character limits. When a decision is needed, questions appear in pendingQuestions and work pauses. Call chat again with a prompt containing your answers and the same sessionId.

Inspect workspaces and integrations

Use these tools to inspect and connect the workspace and publishing accounts:
  • list_workspaces — Retrieve accessible workspace IDs and names.
  • list_integrations — Retrieve connected integrations and account IDs used for publishing.
  • get_connect_url — Retrieve a URL to open the specified provider’s connection screen in NoimosAI.
Open the URL in a browser to complete OAuth for a new account. Then check the connection again with list_integrations.

Save drafts and publish posts

post saves drafts, publishes, or schedules social posts in NoimosAI’s post format. It accepts posts created by the connected AI or included in chat results. For real accounts, inspect the destination with dryRun: true first. Review text and use mode: "publish" or mode: "schedule" only after approval; use mode: "draft" while approval is pending.
dryRun checks destinations and input format; it does not guarantee successful publication.

Manage posts, articles, and websites

Use these dedicated tools for post management, articles, and websites:
  • delete_posts — Cancel drafts or scheduled posts and delete published posts.
  • publish_article — Publish or schedule articles to WordPress, X Articles, or Substack.
  • list_pinterest_boards — Retrieve board IDs for Pinterest posts.
  • create_website / publish_website — Create and publish websites.
Published-post deletion is irreversible. upload_website_source, which uploads local source code, is Local-only.

Manage brands and knowledge bases

Use these tools to maintain brand information and reference data:
  • get_workspace_context — Retrieve brand summary, goals, language, and connected accounts together.
  • get_workspace_brand / update_workspace_brand — Retrieve or update the complete brand guide.
  • knowledge_dataset_* / knowledge_content_* — Manage knowledge-base datasets and content.
  • create_workspace_and_onboard — Create a workspace and run onboarding with AI research.
Use get_workspace_context to inspect context before composing a chat request. Updating keywords and websites with update_workspace_brand replaces each entire list. Knowledge ingestion consumes NoimosAI credits for embeddings. Workspace creation requires plan capacity and team permissions.

Reply to DMs and comments

Retrieve target IDs with read tools, then review the message.
  • send_dm — Send text to existing DM threads on X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • reply_to_comment — Reply to comments or mentions on X or Instagram.
These tools send immediately without creating drafts. Show the account, target ID, and text, and obtain explicit approval before sending. Get DM IDs with get_direct_messages and comment-related IDs with tools such as list_x_user_mentions, instagram_comments_list, and instagram_mentioned_comment_get.

Use individual search, analysis, and generation tools

On connection, tools available to the workspace are loaded. Use past posts, social search, trends, GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, site analysis, research, and media generation as needed. Tools labeled [Billed] consume NoimosAI credits according to actual processing. Starting offline or unauthenticated may load only basic tools without the catalog.

Generate images and videos

Review models and costs before generating, then retrieve status and artifacts from creation history. Ask “List available image models,” then “Check the estimate and inputs for one square image with this model.” Generate only after reviewing model, inputs, and estimate. upload_media sends file contents to NoimosAI. Review the file and purpose and obtain explicit approval for that upload before running it.

Review consequential operations

Even if the AI proposes an operation, a person should review targets and content before:
  • Publishing or scheduling posts, articles, or websites
  • Sending DMs or comments
  • Deleting published posts
  • Updating or deleting brands and knowledge data
  • Uploading local files
  • Running tools that consume NoimosAI credits
Even when the client shows a confirmation, check the NoimosAI destination, workspace, and account IDs. See these pages for connection settings and other access methods.
