Use Share when access should be limited to selected people. Use Publish when you want to make the page available externally with a public link.

Lokalizacja

Otwórz docelową stronę and use Share in the header.

Share with specific members

1. Open the Share tab
2. Invite people by email address
3. Check invited users and access status

Publish with a public link

1. Open the Publish tab
2. Click Publish
3. Use View site to check the published page
4. Share the public link
5. Click Unpublish when you want to stop publishing

​

Checklist

• Confirm that confidential information is not included
• Use limited sharing for draft review
• Confirm that the published page is the final version

​

Roles

People decide the access scope and whether links should be shared. Always recheck sharing scope before publishing.
