Guides are the strategic layer of Knowledge Base. They define how your workspace should communicate, including identity, tone, messaging, and target audience.

Where to Find It

Use the following path to open this area.
  • Workspace -> Knowledge Base -> Guides.

What to Update

Update the following fields to keep guidance accurate.
  1. Brand Identity: brand name, category/expertise, description, and supporting references.

When to Revise Guides

Use the following cases to decide when this is appropriate.
  • Before launching a new campaign or product line.
  • After a positioning, tone, or audience change.
  • When outputs are factually correct but sound off-brand.

  • Guides are workspace-level context shared by all agents in that workspace.
  • Keep guide language aligned with your website, sales assets, and legal constraints.
  • Agents execute with this guidance autonomously; people approve what should become canonical guidance.
