Overview
By setting up integrations, NoimosAI agents can reference real data from external apps and use it for execution actions.Login Requirements Before Integration
- To integrate apps, you must be able to log in to the target app on the browser where NoimosAI is opened.
- If you have multiple accounts for one app, please start the integration process while logged in to the account you want to connect in the browser.
- Accounts that can only be logged in on specific devices should be integrated by opening NoimosAI on that device.
Important Notes
- Agents can only use apps connected to that workspace.
- For Facebook integration, you need a Facebook Page and permission to manage that page. For Instagram integration, you usually log in directly to the Instagram professional account. Only if you choose the Facebook route, permissions for the Facebook Page and business assets are also checked. If you cannot connect, please refer to the Facebook Integration FAQ or the Instagram Integration FAQ.
