Overview

Integrations connect external apps to your NoimosAI environment so agents can use real data and execute actions in the right place.

The 2 integration patterns

Use this section to compare the available operating patterns.
PatternWhat it meansWhy it matters
Connect app to Workspace (Team connection included)Make an app account available in a specific workspaceOnly apps connected to the workspace can be used by agents in that workspace
Enable app in Agent toolsTurn on app usage for a specific agentControls which agent can actually use that app in runs

Simple mental model

Use this sequence as the default way to think about setup and execution.
  1. Connect an app account to the workspace.
  2. Open the target agent and enable that app in Manage Tools.
  3. Run the agent with the connected app.

Login requirement before connecting apps

Use this section to understand login requirement before connecting apps and what to confirm while completing this part.
  • To connect an app, you need to open NoimosAI and be able to sign in to that app in the browser.
  • If an app account can be signed in only on a specific device, open NoimosAI on that same device and complete the integration there.

Important note

This section highlights important constraints and requirements you should check before proceeding.
  • Connecting an app only in Team Settings is not enough for agent usage.
  • Agents can use only apps that are connected to their workspace.
  • After workspace connection, you still need to enable the app in each agent.

Use this section to understand where to configure and how to access it quickly in the product.
