Overview

NoimosAI lets you operate from dedicated workspaces while collaborating smoothly with internal and external members. In daily operations, use the following distinction:
  • Team: The shared foundation for members, billing, and common settings
  • Workspace: The daily execution area for All Tasks, Chat, Agents, Customize, Pages, Library, and workspace settings
Use this page as a map for deciding where to go based on the task you want to do. Use the sidebar structure below as the baseline for choosing where to start. Chat screen showing the input field and templates

Chat

Use Chat for direct instructions, one-off requests, and quick experiments. Choose Chat when you want to interact immediately without creating a trigger.

Agents

Use Agents to design and operate your autonomous AI marketing team. You manage the integrations agents use, create and edit triggers, and adjust instructions.

All Tasks

All Tasks is where you return to Chat and Agent sessions. Open an agent session, check completed autonomous runs in Execution Results, and continue in the same chat.

Customize

Customize is where you manage shared workspace settings. In Skills, you can create and edit reusable work procedures and output rules for Chat.

Pages

Use Pages for structured document creation and sharing. You can organize planning pages, report dashboards, and internal deliverables.

Library

Library is where you review outputs created or saved in the workspace. You can browse assets such as images, videos, audio, documents, pages, and Knowledge Base items.

Settings

Workspace settings let you manage:
  • Members
  • Basic information
  • Integrations
  • Knowledge Base
  • Memory

Workspace Switcher

Use the bottom of the sidebar to switch to the workspace for the relevant brand, project, or objective. If you cannot find the expected tasks, pages, or triggers, check that you are in the correct workspace.

Team and Workspace Relationship

Teams and workspaces are hierarchical, not parallel concepts.
  • A Team is the parent organization for operations.
  • Multiple Workspaces can exist under one team.
  • Members are invited to the team first, then assigned to one or more workspaces for actual work.
This structure keeps workspace execution data managed under the team while controlling workspace access at the team-member level. The standard operating model is to use team-level settings and integrations as the shared foundation, while execution happens in each workspace.

How to Choose Where to Work

Use these rules to choose between team settings and workspace work:
  • Use Team Settings for team-wide administration, such as team profile, billing, and workspace management.
  • Use Workspace for operations, such as triggers, output review, Chat, Pages, and workspace-specific context.
  • If a member cannot access workspace features, check workspace assignment first.
Daily operations usually follow this loop:
  1. Set up or adjust triggers in Agents.
  2. Review completed outputs in All Tasks and Execution Results.
  3. Continue in the same chat with additional instructions or refinements, then move toward final execution.

Advisor Agent entry points

The home screen shows Advisor Agent recommendations, where you can review high-priority actions based on connected data. From Agents, open Advisor Agent to adjust Settings and review Recommendations. If you are unsure what to prioritize during daily operations, choose a recommendation and run it from the dedicated task chat. See Advisor Agent Basics for details. Continue with these pages to deepen setup and operations.
