Overview

With NoimosAI, you can seamlessly collaborate with internal and external memebers while running work inside dedicated workspaces. In practice:
  • The Team provides shared structure (members, billing, shared settings).
  • Each Workspace is where day-to-day execution happens (Chat, Feed, AI Team, Pages, and workspace settings).
Use this page as a map for deciding where to go based on what you need to do. Use this sidebar map to decide which area to open first. Sidebar navigation in a workspace

Workspace Switcher

Switch to the workspace that matches the brand, project, or objective you are working on. Use this first when you cannot find the expected tasks, pages, or triggers.

Chat

Use for direct instructions, one-off requests, and fast iteration. Choose Chat when you want immediate interaction without setting up a trigger.

Feed

Use for reviewing completed autonomous runs. Open task details to check outputs, sources, and trigger context, then continue with Follow-up Chat.

AI Team

Use for designing autonomous AI marketing team. Manage which tools/apps agents can use, create or edit triggers, and adjust instructions

Pages

Use for structured documentation and collaboration. Build planning pages, reporting dashboards, and shareable internal artifacts.

Settings

Open workspace settings such as:
  • Add members
  • Basic information
  • Knowledge Base
  • Memory
  • Database

Team and Workspace Relationship

Team and workspace are not parallel choices. They are hierarchical:
  • A Team is the parent organization.
  • Multiple Workspaces live under that team.
  • Team members are invited to the team, then assigned to one or more workspaces to do actual work.
This matches the product structure where workspace records belong to a team and workspace membership is managed per team member. Also, team-level integrations and settings can provide shared foundations across workspaces, while execution still happens inside each workspace.

Where to Work for Each Task

Use this rule to choose whether the action belongs to Team settings or a Workspace.
  • Use Team settings for team-wide management (team profile, billing, and workspace management).
  • Use a Workspace for operational work (triggers, outputs, chats, pages, and workspace-specific context).
  • If a teammate cannot access a workspace area, check workspace member assignment first.
A simple daily operating loop is:
  1. Set up or adjust triggers in AI Team.
  2. Review completed outputs in Feed.
  3. Use Follow-up Chat to give additional instructions or ask questions.
