Overview

In workspace Integrations, you manage which connected accounts are available in this workspace.

Where to find

  • Workspace Settings -> Integrations
  • Chat -> Integrations
  • Agents -> Integrations

Connect an Account

  1. Open the Integrations tab and click Add.

  1. Click Connect new account for the target service.

  1. Complete authentication on the redirected page.

Instagram Connection Notes

  • Instagram integration requires a business account linked to a Facebook Page.
  • A personal Facebook profile alone cannot be connected.
  • If no linked page is found, you may see an error that no Facebook Page linked to Instagram was detected.

Notes

  • If an integration is no longer needed, you can disconnect it from the integrations screen.
