Linking an Account

  1. Open the Integrations tab and click Add.

Notes on Instagram Integration

Instagram can be connected using two methods:
  1. Log in directly to Instagram (recommended)
  2. Log in via a Facebook Page
Logging in directly to Instagram does not require a Facebook Page. You can use essential Instagram features for daily operations such as creating and publishing posts, responding to comments and DMs, checking mentions, and analyzing insights. When logging in via Facebook, you must first link your Facebook Page and Instagram account, and assign permissions for the Facebook profile used for connection to the Page and Instagram business assets. This setup involves many configuration steps and can often cause accounts not to appear or connection failures due to insufficient permissions. Therefore, use this method only if additional features are needed. Logging in via a Facebook Page provides, in addition to the features available through direct Instagram login, hashtag search, access to information from other professional accounts, and posts with product tags. Neither method supports connecting personal accounts. Connection requirements and feature differences can be checked on the Instagram Integration page.

Additional Notes

  • If an app is no longer needed, you can disconnect it by hovering over the app and selecting the disconnect option.
