On the NoimosAI Agents screen, repeated work, goal-driven initiatives, and suggestions for the next work to do are handled by different features. This page explains what each can do so that you can choose the one that fits your purpose. Choose among the following three features based on your purpose.
  • Workflow: Repeats the same job when a defined condition occurs.
  • Campaign: Continues the actions needed for one goal and tracks progress and results for each target.
  • Advisor Agent: Analyzes connected data and brand information to suggest actions you should prioritize.

Run Repeated Work with a Workflow

Use a workflow for work that repeats under the same conditions, such as recurring analysis, monitoring, and content creation. Workflows can handle the following types of work.
  • Recurring analysis of growth metrics and competitors
  • Monitoring conversations, reactions, and sentiment on social media
  • Creating social posts, articles, images, videos, and other content
  • Checking websites, SEO, GEO, and CVR and proposing improvements
  • Monitoring and summarizing advertising and industry news
In a workflow, set the condition that starts the work, the work to perform, apps to use, and result destinations. You can create one from a template or describe your purpose in chat.

Work Toward a Goal with a Campaign

Use a campaign when you want to continue actions based on the situation of people or target data and work toward one goal. Campaigns let you do the following.
  • Describe your purpose in chat and have the agent create the goal, audience, and action flow.
  • Have the agent perform multiple actions based on each target’s situation.
  • Analyze goal completion and ask for improvements in chat.
Currently, create and run customer-facing campaigns with Customer Engagement. It sends email and notifications based on customer sign-ups, purchases, and service use to support activation and repeat purchases.

Find Priority Actions with the Advisor Agent

Use the built-in Advisor Agent when you want to organize what to work on next. The Advisor Agent uses the following information to create suggestions.
  • Data from apps connected to the workspace
  • Brand information registered in the knowledge base
  • Information gained from past conversations and execution results
After reviewing a suggestion, you can run the required action as a task. The following pages explain the concepts and setup of each feature.
