Status Meanings
Cancel scheduled: cancellation is set, and access continues until the shown end date.Canceled: cancellation is completed and recurring subscription is no longer active.
If You Already Canceled but See a Charge
Collect the following and contact support for investigation:- Team name and account email
- Billing date, amount, and currency
- Cancellation date/time
- Invoice or payment screenshot
