Check Team -> Billing -> Usage. Look at subscription status and the Access until date. Plan details section in Billing Usage

Status Meanings

  • Cancel scheduled: cancellation is set, and access continues until the shown end date.
  • Canceled: cancellation is completed and recurring subscription is no longer active.

If You Already Canceled but See a Charge

Collect the following and contact support for investigation:
  • Team name and account email
  • Billing date, amount, and currency
  • Cancellation date/time
  • Invoice or payment screenshot
