Overview

Agent quality depends on continuous trigger maintenance. In AI Team, you can add new triggers, edit existing settings, temporarily disable triggers, or remove unused ones.

Add a Trigger

Use this section to understand add a trigger and what to confirm while completing this part.
  1. Open the target agent in AI Team.

Edit a Trigger

Use edit when the task objective is the same but timing, prompt, or tools need updates.
  1. Open the trigger menu (...).

Disable vs Delete

Use this section to understand disable vs delete and what to confirm while completing this part.
  • Disable: Keep settings but stop autonomous execution temporarily.

  • Delete: Remove the trigger completely when no longer needed.
Delete trigger from trigger menu Use disable first for short pauses. Use delete for ended campaigns or obsolete workflows.
