Short Answer
In most cases, the connected app authorization has expired. First, check the post status inPages -> Content Calendar, then confirm app connection status in Team Settings -> Integrations.
What to Check First

Open
Pages -> Content Calendar. -
Find the target post and check its status:
PostedScheduledFailed

If the status is
Failed, openTeam Settings -> Integrations. - Check whether the connected social app is still authorized. If it is disconnected or expired, reconnect it.

Return to
Content Calendarand retry the post.

- Post title
- Current status in Content Calendar (
